"Without volunteers, we'd be a nation without a soul"

Interested in Volunteering?
On behalf of the Back to School Alliance (BTSA) Steering Committee, we are excited that you are interested in volunteering your time for this wonderful cause.
It takes ALL of us to make this a success, whether attending a meeting, sorting supplies, setting up a table during a supply drive, making phone calls, reporting an event, stuffing a backpack, inflating balloons and so much more – it ALL matters!
We welcome volunteers in small groups who can work closely together, such as 4 members of the same household.
To volunteer on the day of the event you must be at least 18 years of age and no longer in high school.
Thank you for your service!
** Organizations and businesses donating $100 or more and/or holding a supply drive will be recognized as sponsors, if you desire.
***Donations are accepted year-round.
Special thanks to VTAP program students for their help in packing the bags year-round.
Vocation Transition Assistance Program (VTAP) is an evaluation, training, and employment program that prepares students with disabilities for transition to employment and optimum community participation during and after high school.
Obtaining part-time employment during high school promotes responsibility, punctuality, and reliability. Working during high school also helps students develop valuable work skills, and builds character and self-confidence.
